Our lawyers provide representation for clients pursuing a divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. The lawyers in the office will provide assistance negotiating and drafting of domestic contracts (including cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements). Our lawyers practice in the area of child protection and can assist clients at any stage of their Children’s Aid matter. Legal aid certificates are accepted.
Our lawyers are available to assist clients seeking to prepare a new will or amend an existing will. In addition, our office prepares Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care. Ms. Reilly also provides assistance to estate trustees seeking to probate wills and administer estates.
Notarial services are available at this office and are obtained by calling the office to make an appointment with one of the lawyers to complete this work.
